Q: What is B&L Consulting?

A: B&L Consulting is a Virtual Assistant company offering you remote help on the back-end of your business.

Q: How does it work?

A: You grant us access to your systems through logins, web addresses, links and so on. Should you be using a purchased internal system, please create a profile for us to work in. We do not purchase these soft wares, meaning you will need to send us the access keys and installations details to enter these platforms.

Q: When will you start?

A: As soon as we have determined what you require in your business and have decided on the amount of hours you require per month, the contract and NDA can be signed and we can start working!

Q: Do I have to have B&L full time or is part time alright? 

A: Full time or part time - it is up to you and your requirements! We have hourly rates as well as retainer packages to choose from.

Q: If I commit, am I locked in to any contracts?

A: . Either party may terminate this agreement upon 14

Days written notice to the other party. Provided, however, that each party may

Terminate the Agreement immediately without prior notice in the event of a

Breach of this Agreement by the other party. Upon Termination, Service

Provider shall invoice Client for any payment due, and payment will be due

immediately upon receipt.

Q: How do I contact B&N?

A: We being a virtual company is exactly that, we will communicate in a virtual space either over email, chat or virtual meetings.

Q: What are your working hours?

A: We operate Monday to Thursday 08:30 am - 16:30 pm and Friday 08:30 am - 14:00 pm. We do not work weekends unless previously discussed and scheduled with you, the customer. The weekend rates will be charged over and above the determined rates for the month.

Q: How do you track your hours worked?

A: We use a clocking system linked to each contract to record hours worked down to the minute. Each week we will provide you with the weeks report to ensure the agreed upon hours were completed.

Q: How will you protect my company information?

A: We have the latest antivirus and data security in place. The details of your business will only be discussed directly with your or your proxy and the two members of B & L Consulting (PTY) Ltd. All logins and personal information will be protected under our NDA agreements.

Q: Who will be my main point of contact?

A: Both partners of B&L Consulting (PTY) Ltd will be available throughout your designated hours to assist and answer any questions you might have.

Q: What happens if there is load shedding?

A: We will contact you via phone or via text message to let you know, but there are often many tasks that can be completed during this time offline.
